I am quite excited. I am not quite sure what I am going to be doing, but I am excited to actually have something to do! haha.
I also received my dvds from Netflix today. I already watched Born into Brothels. It's a documentary about the children of prostitutes in the red light district of Calcutta. It was really moving and I enjoyed it as much as one can enjoy a documentary like that.
I also got ...But I'm a Cheerleader. I remember hearing a lot about it, and figured... it seemed interesting enough.
I already am in love with Netflix. I have a bunch of documentaries and weird movies that I never would have been able to find at Blockbuster. I still get one free rental there each month, so I might still take advantage of that.
Kariann adopted then returned a cat. She brought over a 12 year old cat named Socks last night. No one got any sleep last night, including Chuck & Moo because Socks just spent the whole night hissing and growling at Moo & Chuck whenever they were in the same room. I don't know if we went about the introduction process correctly, but it was really tiring. I had the two kittens in my room as often as I could to keep the noisy territorial noises to a minimum, but I don't have a litter box or food in my room, so I couldn't shut the door at all. It was a sweet old cat, but didn't enjoy the Chuckman or Moo. I am a little sad, because Socks was getting beat up at his old house, and now they are probably going to have to get rid of him and put him to sleep. That always makes me sad, even when they are old and especially when they are fine otherwise. I think he may have just beens scared because he was getting his butt whooped at his house before by a cat and a dog. So, now I am bummed.
I just realized that I have a lot of work I need to get done in the next couple of weeks. I need to complete my textual analysis of a work by Edgar Allen Poe, write a literary analysis paper, and write a paper for my stupid survey of British Lit course. BAH!
